Provide technical clarifications and support during the bidding stage. 3. Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical and commercial bid documents. Keep accurate records of tender logs, project files, and correspondence. 4. Coordination: Liaise with design, procurement, and project teams for cost accuracy. Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal departments. 5. Costing & Pricing: Analyze material, labor, and subcontract costs.
