Position Summary: The Architect / Engineer will be responsible for preparing design drawings, feasibility reports, and technical documentation for ongoing and upcoming projects. The role involves close coordination with consultants, site teams, and the management to ensure that project designs are both creative and practical. Key Responsibilities: Prepare conceptual, layout, and working drawings using AutoCAD and other design tools. Assist in project feasibility studies, including FSI calculations, area statements, and costing estimates. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants to integrate multidisciplinary inputs. Conduct site visits to verify construction progress and ensure design compliance. Prepare and maintain BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation. Support in municipal drawing submissions, compliance reports, and approvals. Collaborate with the design head or project manager to develop design presentations and client proposals. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in architecture or civil engineering from a recognized university. 2–3 years of experience in the real estate or construction industry. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and SketchUp (Revit or 3D visualization tools is a plus). Strong understanding of development control regulations (DCR), FSI computation, and area feasibility. Basic understanding of structural drawings, services coordination, and construction detailing. Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
