Job Summary This is a compelling opportunity for a driven individual to acquire practical experience in digital branding and social media marketing. As a Branding and Marketing Intern, you will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies to elevate our brand's visibility, engagement, and overall impact across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X(Twitter), and LinkedIn. You'll collaborate closely with our team, contributing to authentic projects and mastering best practices in content creation, community management, and brand storytelling. Roles & Responsibilities Assist with community engagement efforts, including responding to comments, messages, and fostering a positive online presence. Research current social media trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform content strategy. Collaborate with the team on brainstorming new content ideas and campaigns that resonate with our target audience. Support the tracking and analysis of key performance metrics for YouTube and Instagram, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Assist in organising and managing digital assets for social media content. Stay up-to-date with platform updates and best practices for YouTube and Instagram. Achieve a passing score in all areas of the internship program to continue in the program. Monthly evaluation will be done. Skills Demonstrable passion for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X(Twitter), and LinkedIn, with a strong understanding of their respective platforms and trends. Basic knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.) is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, curious, and eager to learn. A portfolio or examples of social media content or personal projects are a plus.
