Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer with 5-10 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating user-friendly and visually appealing designs for our digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. Responsibilities Collaborate with product managers and developers to create user-centered designs. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications. Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products. Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and adherence to design specifications. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Skills and Qualifications Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Experience in conducting user research and usability testing. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. Strong portfolio showcasing previous UX/UI design work. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
