Job Description

Role Overview As a UX Writer at FREED, you will play a pivotal role in shaping user experience through clear, empathetic, and action-oriented language. You will collaborate closely with Product Designers, PMs, and Engineers to craft copy that simplifies complex financial journeys for our users. Key Responsibilities Write clear, concise, and user-first copy for web and mobile product interfaces. Own in-product communication: error messages, tooltips, CTAs, form field instructions, onboarding flows, etc. Work with product and design teams to ensure copy aligns with the brand voice and enhances usability. Conduct user research and A/B testing of different content strategies. Audit existing copy and recommend improvements based on user behavior and feedback. What We’re Looking For 2–4 years of experience in UX writing, product content, or copywriting for digital products. Exceptional command over English with the ability to write in a friendly, clear, and empathetic tone. Experience working with design teams, Figma, or similar tools is a plus. A portfolio showcasing impactful UX copy work (preferably for apps or web products). Bonus: Experience writing for fintech or B2C platforms.
