UX Designer

What You Will Do

User Research & Insights

• Conduct user interviews, field studies, concept tests, and contextual inquiries.
• Run usability tests (moderated & unmoderated) to validate flows, concepts, and prototypes.
• Translate research findings into insights, frameworks, personas, and journey maps.
• Define measurable UX success metrics (adoption, friction, engagement, usability scores, etc.).

UX Strategy & Design

• Create user flows, task analyses, IA structures, and wireframes grounded in research.
• Lead UX audits across our digital products to identify usability gaps and opportunities.
• Design solutions that are logical, defensible, and clearly tied to user needs—not personal preference.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to drive decision-making with evidence.

UI Design (Secondary Skill)

• Produce clean, modern, high-quality UI designs aligned with brand guidelines.
• Deliver interaction patterns, components, design assets, and UI refinements.
• Work with the design system team to maintain and extend reusable components.

Testing, Metrics & Continuous Improvement

• Define and run tests for user adoption, task success, and UX performance.
• Set up frameworks for ongoing feedback collection and post-launch evaluation.
• Present insights, design rationale, and results clearly to stakeholders.
• Make iterative improvements based on real user behaviour and data.

Requirements

Must-Have

• 3+ years of professional experience as a

  UX Designer

  (

  not only UI

  ).
• Demonstrated experience conducting

  real-life, end-to-end UX projects

  , including research, prototyping, testing, and iteration.
• Strong understanding of UX methodologies (research, synthesis, concept testing, usability testing).
• Clear ability to justify design decisions through research, data, or user insights.
• Experience defining

  UX metrics

  and measuring user adoption or usability.
• Ability to turn complex problems into simple, intuitive user flows and interfaces.
• Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma preferred).
• Should work on product environment.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience working with enterprise platforms, dashboards, or complex systems.
• Ability to conduct heuristic evaluations and full UX audits.
• Familiarity with analytics tools to support quantitative UX insights.
• Experience contributing to or creating design systems.
