UX Designer

Job Description

Responsibilities: Technical & Process Alignment: Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and front-end compliance. Work with Arch QA teams to integrate UX validation and accessibility testing. Cross-Team Enablement & UX Evangelism: Align design decisions with business goals and technical constraints. Advocate for user-centered design principles across teams. Utilize Pendo, Google Analytics, and usability test data to drive improvements Enterprise Design System & Component Library Management: Oversee the APT in-house design component library. Maintain style and branding guides for consistency across Arch digital products. Ensure components are scalable and accessible. User Journeys, Flow diagrams, Service maps, Personas, prototypes relative to digital product initiatives. Qualifications: 4+ years of UX/UI experience, with 1+ years in UX architecture. Expertise in Axure RP, Figma, Photoshop Suite, Zeplin, Pendo, Google Analytics. Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility and remediation. Experience with enterprise design systems and UX governance. Understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Proven ability to influence UX strategy and standards at an enterprise level.
