Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Overview

UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative user experiences.
Translate design wireframes and prototypes into responsive, accessible front-end code.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to refine user flows.
Develop and maintain UI component libraries and design systems.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser performance.
Ensure design consistency across multiple platforms
Partner with engineering teams for design handoff
Contribute to UX strategy, including information architecture and interaction models.
Stay current with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and frameworks.

Required Skills

Familiar with or proficient in, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and one modern front-end framework (React, Vue, or Angular).
Experience with Figma or familiar with Sketch, or Adobe XD for prototyping and visual design.
Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and version control systems (Git).
Understanding of UX research methods, user testing, and analytics tools (e.g., UserTesting).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree in Human–Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field.
2–5 years of front-end development and UX design experience (depending on level).
