UI/UX Designer (Mid-Level) We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to create simple, engaging, and functional designs for our multi-lingual digital media and user experiences. Your work will shape how millions interact with our platform daily. Your Role & Responsibilities UI Design & UX Research Design clear, easy-to-use interfaces for mobile and desktop, ensuring accessibility and usability. Wireframing & Prototyping Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and refine design concepts. App & Web Design – Develop intuitive layouts and interactive design solutions for web and mobile applications. Visual & Interactive Design – Craft engaging user interfaces, animations, and micro-interactions to enhance engagement. Design Systems & Strategy – Establish and maintain design systems, UI components, and scalable brand guidelines. Competitive & Quantitative Analysis – Use market research and data-driven insights to optimize the platform’s usability. Information Architecture & User Flow – Develop structured layouts, navigation systems, and seamless user experiences across languages. Marketing & Branding Support – Create graphic assets, banner ads, poster designs, product decks, and motion graphics to align with branding campaigns. Usability Testing & A/B Experimentation – Use data-driven analysis to refine the UI/UX experience and improve accessibility. AI & Automation in Design – Explore AI-driven tools to enhance workflows and user interactions. Collaboration – Work closely with product managers, tech, sales, marketing and editorial teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately. What We’re Looking For : A degree in Design or related experience. 4-5 years in UI/UX design, preferably in digital media. A strong portfolio of digital and interactive design work. Proficiency in Figma, Framer, Adobe Photoshop, and prototyping tools. Experience in design systems, motion graphics, and multi-language platforms. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
