Job Summary We are looking for a proactive HR Manager to manage HR functions at our manufacturing facility. The HR Manager will focus on recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and safety programs to support our operational goals. Required Qualifications - Education: Any Graduate,Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. - Experience:2+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. - Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of labor laws and safety regulations, proficiency in HR SOFTWARE.
