Manage sales performance by achieving targets, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding existing relationships with customers. Conduct field work to promote bank's products such as Current Accounts, Savings Accounts, Fixed Deposits, and other liability products. Cross-sell relevant financial services to increase revenue growth through effective communication skills. Build strong rapport with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for retail banking services. Collaborate with branch teams to achieve overall sales goals and objectives.
