1) The candidate should have experince in the installation and commissioning of utility systems including compressed air, nitrogen, vacuum, chilled water, Bulk gases, process gases and all other OSAT utilities.
2) Candidate wtih experience in tool hook-up for OSAT semiconductor industry will be an added advantage.
3) Ensure systems to meet semiconductor cleanroom standards and operational requirements.
4) Coordinate with design consultants, vendors, and contractors for timely execution.
5) Support testing, validation, and documentation of utility systems.
6) Familiarity with semiconductor facility standards and safety protocols.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
