About The Role

Project Role :User Experience Engineer

Project Role Description :Accountable for prototype work and other software engineering solutions that create an optimized user experience. Translate design concepts to prototype solutions as quickly and tangibly as possible, with a balanced understanding of technical feasibility implications and design intent.

Summary:As a User Experience Engineer, you will be responsible for creating innovative software engineering solutions that enhance user experience. Your typical day will involve translating design concepts into functional prototypes, ensuring that the solutions are not only visually appealing but also technically feasible. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and iterate on designs, all while maintaining a focus on optimizing the user journey and experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Engage in user research and testing to gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP Archiving.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly solutions.

Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
