The Role

What You'll Deliver

Visual & Interaction Excellence

• Craft

  pixel-perfect UI for our mobile and web applications, ensuring a clean, modern, and branded aesthetic.

• Design and animate

  delightful micro-interactions, hover states, transitions, and motion effects that elevate usability and polish.

Systematic Design

• Be a power user

  and contributor to our existing design system (ShadCN, Tailwind, Figma).

• Maintain

  design consistency across all Nitro products, proposing visual refinements and assisting in component documentation.

Product & User Focus

• Collaborate

  with Product Managers to distill complex product requirements and user needs into intuitive design flows and refined user journeys.

• Identify

  UX pain points and proactively suggest improvements based on usability reviews and critical analysis.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of UX Design Experience
• Strong understanding of Figma with Fundamentals of UI Design (Mobile + Web)
• Experience in Motion & Micro-interactions and UX & Product Thinking
• Experience in Prototyping Tools (Lottie, Rive, Principle – bonus)
• Startup-first mindset — build fast, optimize later, own your outcomes.
• Excellent technical leadership and problem-solving ability.
