Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a User Experience Designer, located in Noida. The User Experience Designer will be responsible for designing user-centered solutions to enhance the usability and functionality of products. Specific day-to-day responsibilities include conducting user research, employing design thinking methodologies, creating prototypes, and developing visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces through UX and visual design strategies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Google Angular Framework
• Expertise in User Experience (UX) and Visual Design to create engaging and practical designs
• Experience with Prototyping to develop and test design concepts efficiently
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of UI design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar is preferred
• Ability to stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices
• Previous experience in designing for enterprise software or startups is a plus
• Some knowledge of Design Thinking and User Research to identify user needs and define intuitive solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Technology or Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
• Experience of 2-3 years
