Job Description

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles from the used car inventory. Conduct test drives and explain features and benefits of vehicles. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory, pricing, and promotions. Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals. Assist customers with financing options and documentation. Follow up with leads and maintain customer database.
