Role & responsibilities : 1) Introduce new concepts for Classic High End as per the market & customer assigned. 2) Based on design brief received from the sales person or the customer gets the collections of sketches, collection of samples generated on a timely manner through the team of designers. 3) Needs to keep updated with the current trends & keep designers & sales team updated about this too. 4) Ensuring that the entire PD sample making process right from design till final sample is executed & monitored rightly (Design, CAD, CAM, Sample approval at all stages needs to get done) 5) Need to be Technically sound in terms of understanding the Design/Sketch, CAD & Sample to ensure that the final product is a match to the sketch or better than the sketch. 6) Ensuring that a good product line is made in terms of physical pieces &/or digital/printed catalogue/videos. 7) Should be in regular touch with the color stone & diamond dept. To understand the stock situation to make designs to utilize the stocks. 8) Ensure that on a quarterly basis a small presentation is made & shared with the management & relevant team of what new things were achieved in the previous quarter & what is the objective for the new quarter. Monitoring the objective, analyzing it, recording it & taking measures to continuously improve it in important.
