USA Calling Process Executive (Patient Care Coordinator) - Chennai We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric US Calling Process Executive to join our expanding team in Chennai, India. Your primary focus will be to ensure a seamless and positive experience for every patient, from initial contact to post-appointment follow-up. Key Responsibilities: Professional Call Handling: Manage inbound and outbound calls with a professional and courteous demeanor. Maintain a clear and consistent communication style, ensuring accurate information delivery. Appointment Management: Efficiently schedule, reschedule, and confirm Patient appointments, adhering to clinic protocols. Maintain accurate appointment records and ensure timely updates in the system. Proactively manage appointment calendars to optimize scheduling efficiency. Service Information and Consultation: Provide comprehensive and accurate information about the clinics diverse range of services, treatments, and pricing. Address patients inquiries with detailed explanations and personalized recommendations. Clearly articulate the benefits and features of various treatments and products. Patient Inquiry Resolution: Effectively address and resolve patients inquiries and concerns, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills. Maintain a calm and empathetic approach when handling challenging situations. Escalate complex issues to appropriate personnel when necessary. Lead Generation and Patient Engagement: Conduct follow-up calls with potential leads and past Patients to promote services, special offers, and loyalty programs. Maintain accurate records of patientinteractions. Clinic Coordination: Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure smooth appointment scheduling and seamless Patient transitions. Communicate patient preferences and special requests to relevant team members. Maintain clear lines of communication with all team members. Administrative Support: Perform basic administrative tasks related to Patient interactions, including data entry and record maintenance. Utilize EMR software, Google Sheets, and MS Word for efficient data management and reporting. Requirements: Proven experience in a US calling process, customer service, or within the healthcare industry (preferred). Exceptional verbal communication skills with a neutral or American accent, ensuring clear and professional interactions. Demonstrated ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using CRM software, Google Sheets, and MS Word. Flexibility to work rotational shifts according to US Eastern Standard Time (EST). A positive, customer-centric attitude with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience handling US-based customers, particularly in the healthcare or wellness sector. Schedule: Monday to Friday. US Shift (EST Timings).
