Job Overview We are seeking a Junior US Travel Services Outbound professional to join our team in Hyderabad. This full-time position requires between 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in customer service within the travel industry and will handle ticketing and reservations, among other responsibilities. Qualifications and Skills Customer service in travel industry (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated experience in providing outstanding support to travel clients. Ticketing and reservations systems (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in handling ticketing processes and managing reservations efficiently. Destination knowledge and cultural awareness (Mandatory skill): In-depth understanding of various travel destinations and cultural nuances. GDS platforms (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo): Skilled in using global distribution systems for flight, hotel, and rental car bookings. Travel itinerary management: Ability to plan and organize comprehensive travel itineraries for clients. Familiarity with travel regulations and compliance: Knowledge of industry regulations to ensure compliance in all travel dealings. Travel CRM software: Experience in using customer relationship management software specific to the travel industry. Travel insurance sales: Competence in advising and selling travel insurance options to clients. Roles and Responsibilities Assist clients with travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, and other travel-related services. Provide accurate and up-to-date information on travel destinations and arrangements. Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Manage ticketing and reservations using advanced systems and platforms. Ensure compliance with travel regulations and company policies in all transactions. Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to promote repeat business. Offer advice on travel insurance products, ensuring clients' needs are met. Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless travel experiences to our clients.
