What You’ll Do

1) Full-Cycle Tech Recruiting (65%)

  • Run crisp intakes with hiring managers; define must-have skills and calibration profiles.
  • Source and engage top tech talent (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, job boards, referrals, talent maps, Boolean/X-ray).
  • Screen for skills, level, compensation/rate, availability, and

    work authorization

    (W2, C2C, 1099).
  • Prep candidates for technical interviews; manage submittals, scheduling, feedback loops, and closing.
  • Negotiate offers (perm & contract) and coordinate onboarding/compliance (I-9/E-Verify, background, payroll).
  • Keep ATS/CRM immaculate; maintain real-time pipelines and weekly reporting.

Core Tech Families you’ll recruit for:

  • Software Engineering:

    Java/Scala, .NET, Python, Node, React/Angular, Mobile (iOS/Android)
  • Cloud & DevOps:

    AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, SRE
  • Data:

    Data Eng, Analytics, BI, ETL, Snowflake/Databricks, ML Ops
  • QA & Security:

    Test Automation, Performance, AppSec, SecOps
  • Product & Tech Leadership:

    Product Managers, TPMs, Eng Managers/Directors

2) Account Management (35%)

  • Act as primary POC for assigned tech accounts; run weekly stand-ups and share fulfillment dashboards.
  • Drive SLA adherence (time-to-submit, interview ratios, fill rate) and reduce req aging.
  • Partner with MSP/VMS (where applicable) and client stakeholders (HM, TA, Procurement).
  • Forecast demand, build proactive benches by skill/location, and expand into new tech stacks/teams.
  • Coordinate with Delivery/Compliance/Payroll for smooth starts and on-time invoicing.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 4–7+ years

    US

    tech

    recruiting (agency/RPO/MSP/VMS preferred) with consistent delivery in high-volume or niche searches.
  • Proven

    client-facing

    experience managing accounts, SLAs, and hiring manager relationships.
  • Strong command of US employment models (

    W2, C2C, 1099

    ), rate cards/markups, and basic immigration (H-1B, TN, EAD, OPT/CPT).
  • Comfortable qualifying technical depth (e.g., REST vs. GraphQL, containerization vs. VMs, test automation frameworks).
  • Tools: ATS/CRM (Bullhorn/CEIPAL/Greenhouse), LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards; advanced Boolean/X-ray; solid Excel/Sheets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, expectation-setting; data-driven and process-oriented.
  • Availability to work US time zones

    and lead client/candidate calls accordingly.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Nice-to-Haves

  • MSP/VMS experience (Fieldglass, Beeline, Wand) and comfort with vendor scorecards.
  • Existing contractor/candidate networks in key stacks (Java, Data, Cloud, DevOps).
  • Exposure to SOW/T&M extensions and renewal cycles for tech projects.

    40–60% on assigned tech reqs;
