Job Title: US Tax Associate / Senior – Individual & Business Taxation

About The Role

3 years of hands-on experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review

  US Individual Tax Returns (Form 1040)

  including related schedules and credits.
• Prepare and review

  Business Tax Returns

  – Forms

  1120, 1120S, and 1065

  .
• Manage tax workpapers, reconcile financials, and ensure compliance with IRS and state regulations.
• Coordinate with US teams for workflow management and timely delivery.
• Maintain high accuracy and confidentiality in all client data.

Qualifications

• Minimum

  3 years of experience

  in

  US Individual and Business Tax Preparation

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  US Tax laws, filing requirements, and deadlines

  .
• Experience using tax software such as

  UltraTax, Drake, ProConnect, or Lacerte

  (any one required).
• Excellent understanding of

  Forms 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120S

  .
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with US CPA firms or outsourcing companies.
• Knowledge of

  QuickBooks

  and

  Excel

  .
• EA / CPA aspirants are highly preferred.
