Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manage to oversee the recruitment team and operations in India while delivering recruitment services to our US clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring the team meets client expectations while adhering to quality standards. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and recruitment professionals to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality talent. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Development: Lead and manage a high-performing recruitment team based in India, providing mentorship, guidance, and development opportunities to recruiters and recruitment operations staff. Ensure the team delivers high-quality recruitment outcomes while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs), service-level agreements (SLAs), and client expectations. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure team members are equipped for success. Recruitment Process & Operations Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for US clients, ensuring smooth coordination between the recruitment team, clients, and internal stakeholders. Develop, implement, and continuously optimize recruitment workflows and processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and consistency in service delivery. Ensure the recruitment process adheres to compliance and legal requirements, as well as client-specific hiring needs. Identify bottlenecks or challenges in the recruitment process and develop strategies to resolve them, ensuring timely delivery of candidates. Operational Efficiency & Continuous Improvement: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, and candidate experience, and implement improvements based on data-driven insights. Develop and manage operational dashboards, tracking team performance, recruitment progress, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). Implement new technologies, tools, and platforms to improve the recruitment process, candidate sourcing, and team efficiency. Ensure effective use of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools to track candidates, manage workflows, and maintain accurate records. Reporting & Data Analysis: Provide detailed and timely recruitment reports to clients and leadership teams, including metrics on recruiting activity, candidate quality, and hiring trends. Use data and feedback from clients and the recruitment team to make informed decisions about the recruitment process and identify areas for optimization. Drive strategic insights by analyzing recruitment performance data and offering solutions to improve overall operational efficiency and service delivery. Cross-Cultural Collaboration & Remote Team Coordination: Effectively manage and coordinate the recruitment team based in India, ensuring smooth communication with US clients and teams across multiple time zones. Address challenges related to remote and cross-cultural team management, ensuring seamless collaboration and high engagement levels. Promote best practices for remote work, team collaboration, and productivity while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction and quality delivery. Key Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 8+ years of recruitment experience with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role managing recruitment teams and operations. Previous experience working with US clients is highly preferred. Proviant Experience US Recruitment is Must. Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate recruitment teams, ensuring high performance, accountability, and continuous growth. Recruitment Process Expertise: Deep understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, as well as recruitment metrics and best practices. Operational Excellence: Strong operational management skills, including the ability to streamline processes, implement technology solutions, and monitor team productivity. Cultural Awareness: Understanding of cultural nuances when recruiting for US clients and managing cross-border recruitment operations. Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, teams, and stakeholders across different regions. Analytical & Data-Driven: Strong ability to analyze recruitment metrics and use data to optimize operations and improve outcomes. Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve operational challenges swiftly. Technological Proficiency: Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and HR technology platforms to manage workflows, reporting, and performance.
