Roles and Responsibilities Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fitment for open positions. Coordinate with clients to understand their recruitment requirements and provide them with shortlisted candidates. Ensure timely communication with both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process. Desired Candidate Profile Excellent English language skills - verbal & written. Strong sourcing profiles on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
