Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven US Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various roles across multiple industries within the United States. You will play a key role in identifying top talent and ensuring a smooth hiring process. This position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the recruitment process. Key Responsibilities Talent Sourcing Utilize multiple platforms such as job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach to identify potential candidates for open roles. Screening & Interviewing Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and interview candidates to evaluate qualifications and fit for the role and company culture. Client Engagement Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand job requirements and the ideal candidate profile. Candidate Pipeline Maintain and manage a candidate database to ensure an ongoing pool of potential candidates for current and future roles. Job Postings Write and post job advertisements on relevant job boards, company websites, and social media channels. Qualifications Experience 1+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the US market. Knowledge Familiarity with recruitment platforms like Career Builder, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and others. Knowledge of various interview techniques and talent assessment tools. Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade candidates effectively. Education Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
