Role & responsibilities Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases. Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify top talent. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews. Manage candidate pipeline by tracking progress, following up on applications, and ensuring timely communication. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions using our ATS system. Preferred candidate profile Excellent Communiation Skill 0-3 Years of experience in BPO or any other background can apply Graduation should be completed.
