Cynet Health is hiring US Healthcare Trainee Recruiter for their US Healthcare Staffing Operations. Location: Noida (Sector 63) In-person interview is mandatory Work Timings: Fixed Night Shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST) Job Responsibilities : Take care of the End-to-end recruitment cycle. Identify candidates with the right skills to match the US clients' requirements Understand the job requirements in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting. Negotiate the rates/salary with the candidates. Effective resourcing strategies, such as headhunting, Internet sourcing, networking, and referrals. Interviewing, hiring candidates, Maintaining & building the candidate database. Job Requirements : Any individual with a minimum 12 months of International (countries like the US, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.) Calling/Sales/Collections/Medical billing, preferably outbound. Must be willing to work night shifts (EST Timings) Candidates should have excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills.
