We are actively seeking Non-IT Recruiters with 2-5 years of real-time experience to join our team immediately! The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with client-specific domains, including Aerospace/Aviation , Mechanical Engineering , Oil & Gas , Semiconductor , Electronics Engineering , Electrical Engineering , and Instrumentation Engineering . Location : Gachibowli, Hyderabad. Mode of Work : 5 days onsite Experience Level : 2-5 years Mode of Interview : In-Person at Gachibowli office. Working Hours : Night Shift (EST Time zone) Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and identify top talent across various engineering domains. Work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and ensure the best fit for their requirements. Utilize job boards, social media, and other recruiting platforms to find qualified candidates. Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure technical and cultural alignment. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring process. Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and standards. Qualifications: 2-5 years of real-time recruitment experience in non-IT sectors. Prior experience in recruiting for domains such as Aerospace/Aviation, Mechanical Engineering, Oil & Gas, Semiconductor, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Instrumentation Engineering is a must. Strong understanding of the recruitment process and familiarity with relevant ATS, job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet client deadlines. Benefits: Competitive salary.
