  1. Reviewed Judgment Figures, SCRA Report, and Milestone Reports (Fee requests, FNMA matrix approvals).  
  2. Verified key foreclosure documents: Case number, Borrower details, Interest rate, Deficiency status, Outstanding principal,  
  3. Note & Allonge, Assignment of Mortgage (AOM), Deed of Trust, and Collateral.  
  4. Cross-checked judgment figures with the actual judgment copy for accuracy.  
  5. Sent EOD reports and handled client escalations, coordinating with the onshore team for clarifications.  Monitored Sagent for foreclosure status, updating FC Resumed Date and Date Suspended accordingly.  
  6. Reinstatement: Reinstatement is the process of restoring a delinquent Mortgage or a Mortgage in foreclosure to current status.  
  7. Good Experience on Preparing Detailed Reinstatement Figures with in Timeline to Borrower to Avoid foreclosure.  
  8. Preparing Detailed Judgment Figures when a Borrower Fails to Make the Repayment on his Debts to Secure a Lender  
  9. Providing Foreclosure Payoff/Amended/FDCPA Figures to Customer to satisfy the terms of mortgage loan  
  10. Good Hands on Experience working with Law Firms (Attorney) to get the Reinstatement and Payoff Letters  
  11. Good Experience Preparing the Escrow Shortage and Pending/Rejected Invoices, Late charge Summary Document  
  12. Maintaining the Production Reports on Daily and Monthly Basis and Training the new joiners and delivering the forecasted loans within the Time
  13. Good Experience Maintaining Proper Turnaround time (TAT) and SLA for every loan
