Familiarity with H1B profile transfers.Consultant Coordination: Confirm candidate interest before forwarding profiles to vendors.Job Portal Management: Post resumes on job portals like Dice, Monster, and social networking sites targeting the US market.Submissions: Submit consultants to suitable job postings and track submissions with regular follow-ups.Requirement Outreach: Reach out to as many open requirements as possible.Team Coordination: Inform the team about client submissions to avoid duplication.Interview Preparation: Inform consultants about vendor calls and end-client interview schedules, and prepare them for interviews.Rate Negotiation: Negotiate rates with vendors and clients.Consultant Support: Ensure consultants are comfortable in their work environment and address performance-related queries with vendors.Vendor Relations: Maintain good interpersonal relations with clients and vendors, and identify potential new vendors.
