Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Utilize various sourcing techniques including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify potential candidates.2. Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific positions.3. Conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.4. Must be excellent in communication skills oral and written.5. Passion for learning and professional development in the recruiting field.
