Roles and Responsibilities Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate fitment for open positions. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, including application tracking systems (ATS) like Fieldglass or similar tools. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in US IT recruitment to improve sourcing strategies. Desired Candidate Profile 0-2 years of experience in US IT staffing or recruitment management. Strong communication skills in English; ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in using ATS software like Fieldglass or similar tools; knowledge of other relevant platforms an added advantage. Ability to work independently from home office environment; flexible schedule required.
