You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top talent for various IT roles, while ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Responsibilities: Source, screen, and qualify candidates for IT roles across multiple domains (e.g., software development, networking, cybersecurity, etc.). Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and offer negotiations. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates and industry contacts. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies. Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to ensure a competitive edge in sourcing. Requirements: 1-5 years of experience in IT recruitment (US market preferred). Strong knowledge of IT roles and technologies. Proficient in using job boards, social media, and recruiting platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. Preferred: Experience working with a staffing agency or consultancy.
