Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated US IT Recruiter with strong experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting top IT talent. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of US IT concepts, recruitment trends, and sourcing strategies using job portals and social networking platforms. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions in the US market. Utilize various sourcing channels such as Dice, TechFetch, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other internet-based tools . Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels. Build and maintain a strong database of qualified candidates. Achieve daily and weekly submittal targets and maintain a high submittal-to-hiring ratio. Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a strong talent pipeline. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure compliance with US employment laws and hiring guidelines. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 1- 2 Year of experience in US IT recruitment . Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of US IT concepts, visa classifications (H1B, GC, TN, EAD, etc.), and tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099). Tools & Platforms: Proficiency in using Dice, TechFetch, LinkedIn Recruiter , and other job portals. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Target-Driven: Ability to meet daily and weekly submission targets. Interpersonal Skills: Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
