We are looking for a driven and skilled US IT Recruiter specializing in SAP Technologies to join our team in Visakhapatnam. Talent Sourcing & Recruitment: Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and other platforms to find qualified candidates for various SAP roles (SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP HCM, SAP ABAP, etc.) for US-based clients. Screening & Interviewing : Review resumes, conduct pre-screening interviews, and evaluate candidates technical skills, experience, and overall fit for SAP roles. Interview Coordination & Negotiation Candidate Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with candidates, ensuring smooth communication and a positive experience throughout the hiring process. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with SAP trends and technologies to understand the evolving needs of both clients and candidates in the IT recruitment space. SAP Knowledge: Solid understanding of various SAP modules (SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP HCM, SAP ABAP, etc.) and SAP-related certifications. The ability to assess candidates technical SAP skills is crucial. Visa Knowledge Strong knowledge of US work visas (H1B, L1, TN, etc.), visa sponsorship processes, and requirements for US-based positions. Negotiation & Closing : Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close candidates Tax Knowledge : Understanding of C2C, 1099, and W2 tax terms Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to clearly explain SAP roles, technical requirements, and client expectations.
