2+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter, with a focus on W2-based recruiting. Proven track record in recruiting for technical roles, including software developers, IT infrastructure, data scientists, etc. Strong understanding of the US IT job market, IT skills, technologies, and industry trends. Familiarity with W2 employment laws and regulations, and the ability to manage candidates' eligibility and compliance. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency.
