Job Title: US IT Recruiter Location: Gurugram, HR (On-site Only, M-F) **Please note this position is 100% on-site in Gurugram, HR only. There is NO flexibility for hybrid/remote.** At a minimum, you will need: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 3+ years of IT or Engineering recruiting experience. It’d be great if you also have: Candidates local to Gurugram are preferred. Should be comfortable working in the Pacific Time Zone. 3+ years of experience as a technical recruiter involved in end-to-end recruitment serving US-based IT clients. 3+ years of experience with a leading applicant tracking system and familiarity with all the job portals. Experience working with Implementation Partners and Direct Clients. Recent technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Experience recruiting for Data/Software/Search/AI/Java/.NET Architects, Cloud Architects, SAP roles, Software Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers/Architects, Data Scientists, and other related IT positions. Hands-on experience in using Job boards such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc. Experience working mainly with full-time, C2C, and W2 roles (Preferred). Experience working on niche IT skills and requirements Demonstrated expertise in advanced internet searching, researching candidates, and cold calling. Demonstrated confidence in all settings when advising/working with business partners; capability to maintain professionalism and focus in an ambiguous environment.
