Job Title: US IT Recruiter Bench Sales & Recruitment

Experience: 1–3 Years

Location: Bangalore (On-site)

Working hours: 7:00pm to 4:30Am (IST)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented US IT Recruiter who can handle both bench sales and end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have experience marketing bench candidates to direct clients, prime vendors, and implementation partners, as well as sourcing qualified candidates for open IT positions.

This role requires excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills to manage both sales and recruiting responsibilities effectively.

Responsibilities

Bench Sales:

  • Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizens) to new and existing clients and vendors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with implementation partners, prime vendors, and direct clients.
  • Identify and pursue potential opportunities for bench candidates through portals, networking, and references.
  • Negotiate rates and ensure placement closures for bench candidates.
  • Regularly update and maintain candidate and client records in CRM or ATS systems.

Recruitment:

  • Perform end-to-end US IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating placements.
  • Work on job requirements shared by clients or vendors and submit qualified candidates within deadlines.
  • Use job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, indeed, etc

    .)

    and other sourcing channels.
  • Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and offer negotiations.
  • Maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in any field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment and/or Bench Sales.
  • Good understanding of US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C), visa classifications, and compliance requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals, vendor management systems, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with targets and deadlines.
