The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening and hiring IT professionals and leverage various sourcing strategies to find top talent. Roles & Responsibilities Sourcing and Screening IT Professional into US IT recruitment Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT Talent. Conduct initial phone screening to assess candidates technical skills, experience and cultural fit. Ensure compliance with US hiring law, visa requirements and employment regulations. Maintain accurate and organized documentation on candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system. You will be a good fit, if you have Proven 2 + years of experience in US IT Recruitment. Strong Understanding of US Tax Terms and Visa. proficiency in using job portals such as Dice, Monster, indeed, CareerBuilder and Linkedin. Excellent Communication and negotiation skills. Familiar with applicant tacking Systems and recruitment software
