Urgent Requirement Position - US IT Recruiter ( Only Women ) Location - Noida Sector- 62 Company - Mckinsol Technologies Timing - 6:30PM to 3:30AM ( U.S Shift ) One Side Cab Facility ( Drop Side ) Roles and Responsibilities Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events. Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates. Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and ensuring timely communication throughout the recruitment process. Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure competitive compensation packages for both clients and candidates. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in US IT staffing or recruitment industry (W2/C2C). Strong understanding of US IT market trends, technologies, and skillsets required. Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, time management skills essential.
