Urgent Requirement Position - US IT Recruiter Location - Noida Sector- 62 Company - Mckinsol Technologies Timing - 6:30PM to 3:30AM ( U.S Shift ) One Side Cab Facility ( Drop Side ) Roles and Responsibilities Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events. Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify top talent. Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring timely scheduling and communication. Manage candidate pipeline by tracking progress, updating status reports, and following up on offers. Provide exceptional customer service to both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process. Desired Candidate Profile 2-5 years of experience in US IT staffing or recruitment industry. Strong understanding of W2, C2C, H1B visa sponsorship processes. Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and candidate management.
