Urgent Requirement Position - US IT Recruiter Location - Noida Sector- 62 Company - Mckinsol Technologies Timing - 6:30PM to 3:30AM ( U.S Shift ) One Side Cab Facility ( Drop Side ) Roles and Responsibilities Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases. Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify top talent. Provide regular updates on candidate progress throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and placements. Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring smooth communication and scheduling. Desired Candidate Profile 1-5 years of experience in US IT staffing or recruitment industry (W2/C2C). Strong understanding of US IT market trends and requirements. Excellent communication skills for effective client coordination and candidate interaction. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
