Urgent Requirement Position - US IT Recruiter Location - Noida Sector- 62, C51, Near - Sector 59 Metro Station Company - Mckinsol Technologies Timing - 7:00PM to 4:00AM ( U.S Shift ) Roles and Responsibilities Source top talent through various channels such as Dice, LinkedIn, US IT Recruitment, C2C, W2, and other job boards. Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates. Manage candidate pipelines from sourcing to onboarding new hires. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to stakeholders. Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates to ensure smooth communication. Desired Candidate Profile 1-5 years of experience in US IT recruitment or related field. Strong understanding of US IT market trends and industry standards. Proficiency in using multiple platforms for sourcing candidates (Dice, LinkedIn, etc.). Excellent communication skills for effective client coordination and candidate management. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
