We are seeking a dynamic and experienced lead US IT recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment across full-time, and C2H roles. This individual will take ownership of sourcing top-tier tech talent, building vendor relationships, and mentoring a team of recruiters while working with VMS tools and applicant tracking systems. Role : Sr./Lead US IT Recruiter Location: Noida Sector 63 (Onsite) 3+ Years US IT Recruiting Experience Required Manage end-to-end IT recruitment (time and contract) Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 Prime Vendors Work efficiently with VMS tools and ATS platforms (e.g., Ceipal) Source and screen top tech talent across domains such as Java, .NET, SAP, Cloud, AI/ML, and more Mentor and lead junior recruiters to ensure team success. Negotiate offers and manage the entire hiring lifecycle. Experience recruiting for IT requirements. Familiarity with time zones and recruitment etiquette across the US. Show more Show less
