Key Responsibilities

• Handle

  end-to-end recruitment

  for US-based IT requirements.
• Source candidates from

  job portals

  (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) and other networking channels.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and qualifications.
  
• Negotiate

  rates/salaries

  and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  
• Update and manage candidate records and job postings in the

  ATS

  .
• Work closely with account managers to understand client needs and deliver qualified profiles within timelines.
  
• Ensure all hiring processes adhere to company standards and compliance requirements.
