Job Title: US Technical Recruiter (Experienced/Freshers Welcome) Qualification: Bachelors/Masters/Any/Technical Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off) Shift: US Shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST) Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating rates, and closing candidates. Collaborate with team leads to understand job requirements and deliver the right talent. Utilise job portals, databases, groups, and communities to search for qualified candidates using effective search strings. Maintain timely communication with candidates about job opportunities, rates, and relocation details. Conduct pre-screening and evaluate applicants’ qualifications to ensure a good fit with client requirements. Negotiate and finalise salaries/rates for both contractors and permanent hires. Develop and maintain a talent pool for future client requirements. Maintain positive relationships with employees, consultants, and management to facilitate employee referrals. Generate and present performance reports (weekly/quarterly) using MS Excel. Desired Skill Set Strong communication and negotiation skills. Confidence in initiating conversations and building rapport with US consultants and clients. Enthusiasm with ownership of work, discipline, and perseverance. A self-starter with high motivation and ability to inspire the team. Resilience under pressure with excellent prioritization skills for tight deadlines.
