Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic US IT Recruiters with a strong background in technical recruitment and sourcing for System Integrators, Implementation Partners, or Tier-1 Vendors. This is a critical hiring need, and we are looking to close positions immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT roles.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various platforms (Ceipal, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate technical proficiency.
• Maintain a strong understanding of US staffing models including W2, C2C, and 1099.
• Work closely with the team and hiring managers to coordinate interviews.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively for candidate management.

Requirements:

• 1-4 years of experience in US IT staffing and technical recruitment.
• Experience working with System Integrators, Implementation Partners, or Tier-1 Vendors is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of US tax terms and payment structures (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms such as Ceipal, CareerBuilder, Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn.
• Proven ability to close technical positions quickly and efficiently.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• B.Tech or technical qualification is highly preferred.
