Position: US IT Recruiter (WFO) Experience Required: 2-4 Years Location of Posting: Hyderabad (HITEC CITY) Timings - 07:30PM - 04:30AM Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Minimum Qualification: Graduation in any stream Role & responsibilities End-to-end recruitment for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers. Collaborating with hiring managers to thoroughly understand job requirements and ensure a tailored, efficient recruitment process. Leveraging multiple sourcing strategies, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking to find qualified candidates. Conducting interviews, reference checks, and ensuring all candidates meet job specifications and compliance standards. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Continuously researching industry trends and best practices to remain competitive and proactive in sourcing top IT talent. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with candidates to create a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Preferred candidate profile Extensive experience in US-based IT recruitment, with a comprehensive understanding of technical roles and industry trends. Mastery in utilizing diverse sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with stakeholders and candidates alike. Adept at managing multiple concurrent searches while ensuring compliance with relevant recruitment laws. A results-driven approach with a proactive mindset and exceptional organizational skills.
