Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for

  US-based IT positions

  — Contract (W2/C2C) and Fulltime roles.
• Source candidates through various job boards such as

  Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and Indeed

  .
• Review and screen resumes to match job requirements and evaluate technical skills.
• Negotiate salary/rate, terms, and employment type (W2, C2C, or Fulltime).
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, and follow up on feedback.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and clients.
• Work closely with the US Sales/Account Management team to understand job requirements.
• Maintain an active database of qualified candidates and ensure timely submissions.

Required Skills:

• 2–6 years of experience in

  US IT recruitment

  .
• Hands-on experience working with

  W2, C2C, and Fulltime

  hiring models.
• Strong understanding of

  US work authorizations

  (USC, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.).
• Good knowledge of

  IT skills

  such as Java, Cloud, Data Engineering, DevOps, QA, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in

  US time zones (EST/CST/PST)

  .
• Proficiency with

  ATS tools, MS Office, and job portals

  .

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with

  Direct Clients, Tier-1 Vendors, or Implementation Partners

  .
• Familiarity with

  VMS tools

  .
• Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Computer Science, or related field.
