US IT Recruiter

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 1-7 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the US IT sector.

• Sourcing and attracting candidates through databases and job portals.
• Conducting pre-screening calls, interviews, and filtering candidates for open positions.
• Collaborating with the team to identify future hiring needs.
• Developing and posting technical job descriptions and specifications.
• Performing job and task analysis to document requirements and objectives.
• Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to appropriate portals.
• Interviewing candidates using reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
• Maintaining KPIs such as minimum 2 submissions per day or 48 submissions per month, and achieving targets of at least 2 qualified selections/closures per month.

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in the US IT sector.
• Strong understanding of engineering skills for technical roles.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems or resume databases.
• Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
