Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for IT positions in the US market
Work with job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn
Negotiate rates and close candidates
Maintain a strong pipeline and client relationship
Requirements:
✅ 2–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✅ Experience working with C2C/W2 and System Integrator
✅ Ready to work in night shifts
